How do I log in?
How to log in to your GetYourRefund account:
1. Click Login on the homepage.
2. You'll be prompted to enter your cell phone number OR email address.

3. The system will send a 6-digit code to your phone or email.
4. Our page will ask you to enter that 6-digit code to verify.
5. Then, you'll use either your Client ID or last 4 digits of your SSN or ITIN to log in.

You can sign into GetYourRefund (GYR) to:
- complete tax questions
- add missing documents
- sign your final tax return, and
- message your tax team.
You cannot log into an account made in previous years. If you need access to that account, please reach out to our chat.
